Hotspots and future trends of autophagy in Traditional Chinese Medicine: A Bibliometric analysis

ObjectiveTo discuss the hotspots and future trends of autophagy in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) provide a reference for researchers this field.MethodUsing visual analysis tools, metrological statistics research on pertinent literature area use TCM were undertaken core collection database Web Science. By examining authors, keywords, circumstances, hotspots, linked research, was investigated.Resultsand Conclusions: A total 916 studies included, among which Beijing University Medicine largest number advantageous institutions, followed by Shanghai Traditional Guangzhou Medicine.The keywords primarily comprise apoptosis, activation, inhibition, pathway, mechanism, oxidative stress, proliferation, NF-κB, cancer, mtor, etc. At present, field is increasing year-to-year basis. The has focused role played malignant tumors, atherosclerosis, Alzheimer's disease through autophagy, regulation signaling pathways (e.g., PI3K/AKT/mTOR TLR4 pathway,nrf2 pathway NF-κB pathway). In future, therapeutic effect chemotherapy-resistant tumor cells mediating mitophagy activating function, components represented luteolin asthma, myocardial injury other diseases mechanism will be future.
